Loud Bird 3:30am...

How funny. He's been gone for a year, but he's back! I was out taking Penny for her middle of the night "I am bored and since I can't sleep neither should you mom" walk. It was about 3:30am.

I was annoyed last year at how loud this bird was, but this year I think its really nice that he's back. I think I'm trying to appreciate what I might not have when we move. I stopped for a while and just listened to his song. It was really beautiful. Just think about it, some little bird is sitting in a tree and just singing his heart out in the middle of the night in the pitch dark. Way off in the distance you could hear another little bird doing the EXACT same thing. I guess I was just having a moment, but I was really happy to just enjoy the song tonight.
