We left home today. Our goal was to make it form Atherton to
Reno. We made such good time and it was still so early when we got to Reno (we
actually stopped and made our lunch in the van) that we chose to just push
through and head to Elko, Nevada. We left at 10am and pulled into the hotel
that night at 10pm.
While driving through Sacramento we I was looking up at a big-rig truck with a animal snout sticking out, I did a double take. It was a camel! We pulled up next to the truck and saw it was a circus truck full of camels. We laughed a lot at Penny's reaction. She's never smelled one of those before.
